Position Overview

As an LPN Charge Nurse
, you will oversee daily nursing care, supervise staff, and ensure care plans are followed with professionalism and compassion. Our Charge Nurses work a rotation schedule
, and weekend availability is required
.

• Oversee and supervise nursing care for residents
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams
• Perform general nursing and medication administration duties

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in the state of employment
• Experience or strong knowledge in geriatric care, long-term care, or rehabilitation
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
