Position Overview:
The position is a full‑time retail store manager r role is to lead a team of talented associates that creates an unforgettable experience, ensuring customers look and feel their best.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspire and direct a customer‑obsessed team to drive sales, loyalty, and talent goals.
- Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training and retention.
- Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices and control store expenses.
- Connect with the community to increase brand awareness.
- Drive new ideas, share information with others, and create solutions.
- Previous management experience is required.
- Specialty retail store management experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to identify and develop talent, and influence a positive team atmosphere.
- Ability to make sound decisions, take action, and achieve results.
- Computer proficiency is necessary.
- Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours.
