Position Overview:

The position is a full‑time retail store manager r role is to lead a team of talented associates that creates an unforgettable experience, ensuring customers look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and direct a customer‑obsessed team to drive sales, loyalty, and talent goals.
  • Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training and retention.
  • Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices and control store expenses.
  • Connect with the community to increase brand awareness.
  • Drive new ideas, share information with others, and create solutions.
Position Requirements :
  • Previous management experience is required.
  • Specialty retail store management experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to identify and develop talent, and influence a positive team atmosphere.
  • Ability to make sound decisions, take action, and achieve results.
  • Computer proficiency is necessary.
  • Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours.
