- Execute mechanical maintenance tasks promptly to ensure uninterrupted production flow
- Conduct monitoring and preventative maintenance (PM/PDM) procedures to uphold equipment functionality
- Utilize CMMS system for comprehensive documentation of repairs and associated time
- Install new equipment and execute modifications on existing machinery
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and repair duties on production machinery, ensuring minimal downtime
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs) on electrical systems
- Utilize Temperature Controllers, PLCs, HMIs, and Frequency Drives for optimal equipment performance
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems
- Adhere to pertinent state and federal regulations, codes, ordinances, safety protocols, and regulations
- Current Oregon Electrical License (Limited Maintenance Electrician)
- 2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to obtain Oregon electrical license within 6 months
- Limited Journeyman Manufacturing Plant Electrician or General Journeyman Electrician (preferred)
- PLC experience (preferred)
- VFD experience (preferred)
- Mechanical experience (preferred)
Demonstrates expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair of production machinery. Proficient in utilizing CMMS systems and adhering to safety regulations while executing preventative maintenance and equipment installation.
