MID COLUMBIA HOUSING AUTHORITY is seeking a Housing Counselor to provide HUD-approved counseling and education services. You will assist prospective home buyers and current homeowners with pre-purchase, post-purchase, and foreclosure-prevention counseling from the Housing Resource Center in The Dalles.
You will also conduct outreach, teach homebuyer and financial literacy classes, and coordinate with lenders, contractors, and partners to support successful home ownership goals.
