Duration: Roughly 3 weeks (subject to adjustment)

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (hours may fluctuate)

Our team is looking to hire 3 individuals to fill Haul Truck Driver roles for a brief project based in The Dalles, Oregon. You will be responsible for maneuvering large, off‑road haul vehicles—similar to Cat wagons or heavy‑duty construction trucks—within an active work zone. A commercial driver license is not necessary for this role.

• Navigate off-road haul vehicles across the project site with a focus on safety
• Adhere strictly to all site-specific safety protocols and directives from management
• Perform routine checks on machinery before starting your shift
• Help maintain a secure environment by staying alert to nearby personnel and equipment
• Ensure all hauling assignments are completed in an efficient and secure manner

• Background in construction, heavy equipment operation, or haul truck driving is a plus
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain safety standards while working in a busy construction zone
• Possess dependable transportation for daily travel to the job site
• Show flexibility to work the designated hours and adjust to potential schedule shifts
• Valid Driver's License
• Operating trucks and securing loads

• Successful completion of a drug test prior to starting

• Wear durable work boots with steel toes and high‑traction soles (Romeo‑style footwear is prohibited)
• Hard hats and high‑visibility vests are supplied by the company
