Flatbed Class A CDL OTR Driver
Location:
The Dalles, OR (Spokane, WA terminal). Position:
Full Time.
Pay: $1,171.40 – $2,106.07 per week ($60,912.97 – $ per year) plus accessorials.
Flatbed OTR Driver Rate: $0.55–$0.60 per mile.
The company seeks experienced CDL‑A flatbed drivers for regional and OTR routes hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
Key Responsibilities- Transport goods on flatbed trucks across over‑the‑road routes.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
- Perform pre‑trip inspections and routine safety checks.
- Adhere to company policies regarding home time and weight limits.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Safe driving record; no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
- 4+ months of driving experience (preferred 1 year).
- Background check, clean drug test, and clean clearinghouse result required.
- Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice.
