Human Resources Team Lead

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, you will drive HR departmental leadership, contribute to goal implementation, and oversee essential HR activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR departmental plans and objectives

• Coordinate and conduct training sessions for frontline leaders

• Provide trend analysis reports to the HR Manager

• Support collective agreement renegotiations and labour relations

• Approve payroll and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or 3-5 years HR experience

• Chartered Professionals in Human Resources designation preferred

• Payroll and benefit program experience required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
