Social Services Program Manager

Lead impactful programs at the Manitoba Department of Families as a Social Services Program Manager in The Pas, Manitoba. Drive policy interpretation, case management, and financial administration across social service initiatives.

As a key leader reporting to the Regional Director, you'll guide a range of management and supervisory tasks in social services. You'll oversee Community Living Disability Services and Employment and Income Assistance while ensuring high standards in program delivery and operational planning. This role requires expertise in crisis management and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support in program management

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Social Sciences (BSW preferred)
