We are seeking a professional, dependable, and highly organized individual for a dual role as a Full-Time Medical Administration Assistant and Part-Time Commercial Property Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, thrives on multitasking, and is looking to gain or grow experience in both the healthcare and real estate sectors.
You will serve as Administrative Assistant of a busy medical office while also managing the day-to-day operations of a small portfolio of local commercial properties.
Primary Responsibilities Medical Administration Assistant (Approximately 65% of the role)- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
- Maintain and update patient medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, typing letters, collections
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff to support patient care
- Cover front desk when needed
- Act as the primary contact for commercial tenants
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service calls with vendors and contractors
- Assist with lease renewals, rent collection, and tracking of lease agreements
- Maintain detailed records for each property including expenses, service calls, and tenant communication
- CAM Calculations
- 1-2 years prior experience as a medical administrator in a healthcare setting
- Experience/Knowledge managing commercial property (or strong administrative/coordination skills in a similar role) a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Proficient with scheduling systems, Google Docs, and basic accounting/reporting tools
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently for property-related duties
- Social media experience a plus
Full-Time, Monday–Friday
