This role serves as a central point of coordination for leadership communications, program priorities, meetings, special projects, and client-facing deliverables. As the Program & Communications Coordinator you will work closely with program leaders, operations teams, and corporate partners, and will help ensure important initiatives move from planning to execution through effective communication, organization, and follow-through.

  • Maintain program schedules and coordinate major milestones, workshops, and events.
  • Support leadership visits, client tours, and special projects.
  • Partner with teams across the program to deliver clear, consistent, and timely communications.
  • Serve as the onsite liaison to Corporate Communications for brand, messaging, templates, higher-level communications support, and any external/public communications requiring corporate involvement.
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects that cross organizational boundaries by coordinating scope, stakeholders, schedules, decisions, actions, and status visibility.
  • Partner with Workforce & Organizational Development on employee-facing communications, recognition stories, onboarding and development events, culture initiatives, and stories that make innovation and continuous improvement visible across the program.

Bring your team-focus, adaptability, and commitment to excellence, and we’ll help you grow what drives you – and deliver the world’s most challenging Operations Management projects, together.
