Front Counter Associate responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression
• Engaging with guests and making them feel valued and comfortable
• Accurately taking guest orders and answering questions about menu items
• Operating the point-of-sale system and processing cash, credit, and other payments accurately
• Ensuring orders are prepared and presented accurately
• Communicating effectively with kitchen and team members to provide a seamless guest experience
• Offering assistance or recommendations to enhance the guest experience
• Anticipating guests' needs and proactively addressing questions or concerns
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter and guest area
• Working efficiently and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Thanking guests for choosing FMK and inviting them to return
