About the Position
Our growing network of
Ambulatory Surgery Centers in The Villages area is seeking a skilled
Anesthesiologist to provide high-quality anesthesia services as an independent
contractor. Enjoy a predictable weekday schedule in modern outpatient
facilities, fully supported by an experienced clinical and non-clinical team.

Contractor (1099)

Schedule:

Daytime hours only – no call, nights, weekends, or holidays

Essential Responsibilities

Deliver safe, efficient
anesthesia for a standard ASC case mix:
Orthopedics, Spine, Pain Management, Podiatry,
Cardiac (pacemaker implants)
Practice independently and
supervise CRNAs when required, maintaining collaborative teamwork.
Conduct thorough
pre-operative evaluations and post-operative assessments.
Adhere to all facility
protocols, patient-safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Ensure accurate, timely
documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Demonstrate reliable,
punctual attendance to keep daily schedules running smoothly.

Requirements:

MD or DO with completion of
an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency.
Board-Certified or
Board-Eligible in Anesthesiology.
Unrestricted Florida medical
license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
Current BLS and ACLS
certifications.
ASC experience preferred;
strong inpatient practitioners with an interest in outpatient care are welcome
to apply.
