Teller Retail Banker

We are looking for a Retail Banker to provide excellent customer service and sell banking products at our branch in Florida – The Villages.

• Proactively identify, market, and recommend bank products and services to customers, achieving individual sales goals.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
• Employ problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns consistently with Woodforest’s customer experience training.

• 3 years of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience; OR an associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience; OR a bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in‑store banking experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Full‑time.

• No.

• Little to no overnight travel; occasional business trips covering nearby branches up to 45 miles from the assigned location.

• Stand most of the time; walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods; occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs.
