Home Well Care Services of Lake County and The Villages is urgently hiring for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), and Caregivers in The Villages.

• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Light cooking and cleaning
• 1-on-1 care
• Bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
• Transportation for appointments and errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Caregivers, CNA’s, or HHA’s with no less than 6 months of hands‑on experience caring for seniors
• CPR certified
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Must have available reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Are mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass be able to pass a Level 2 background screening

At Home Well, you are an employee and NOT an independent contractor. We withhold taxes and you are covered by our Worker's Compensation and Liability Policy.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
