Responsibilities- Deliver both routine and advanced respiratory therapy to patients of all ages.
- Manage and operate acute care ventilators for short- and long-term support.
- Perform assessments, monitor therapy effectiveness, and document accurately.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide safe, effective care.
- Maintain compliance with hospital standards and departmental policies.
Required:
- Florida-licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist (or eligible).
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RRT experience.
Preferred:
- CRT experience will be considered.
- Strong background in acute care ventilation management.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shifts: Days or Nights (rotating weekends)
Compensation: $27.42 – $36.95/hour (based on experience)
2–3 years: $29.89/hr
6–7 years: $32.36/hr
10+ years: $33.59/hr
16+ years: $36.95/hr
Shift Differentials: +$4.25/hr (Nights, 12-hr) | +$3.00/hr (Weekends)
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
