The Diagnostic Imaging Service is recruiting a Health Technician (Radiology) at The Villages VA Outpatient clinic. This position supports the General Diagnostic Radiology, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine and Interventional Radiology sections. The incumbent is responsible for a wide variety of duties requiring the ability to interact with patients, physicians, nurses, radiologic technologists, radiology residents and radiologists, as well as other ancillary hospital personnel.
DutiesThe Health Technician (Radiology) functions effectively as a vital member of the Diagnostic Imaging team when cooperative efforts are needed to complete patient procedures and provide a high level of patient satisfaction and safety for patients and team members. Duties include but are not limited to:
