Fairway Christian Church is a vibrant, twenty‑seven‑year‑old Restoration Movement congregation located in Central Florida on the eastern boundary of the nation’s largest retirement community, The Villages. Guided by our GO–SOW–GROW mission, we are deeply committed to disciple‑making and living out the Great Commission.

Having recently completed a significant building expansion, we are now positioned to broaden our vision beyond primarily serving the senior population and become a thriving, multi‑generational church — a true spiritual home where young and seasoned believers unite to grow in Christ and impact our community.

To help lead this next chapter, we are seeking a creative, energetic leader with a pioneering spirit to serve as our full‑time Associate Minister of Connections and Outreach. This individual will oversee our assimilation strategy, first impressions, next steps, small group engagement, and pathways to meaningful service. A key responsibility will be developing and executing a strategic plan to help Fairway effectively reach across generations and cultivate a dynamic, disciple‑making culture.
