RN Clinical Manager

The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is celebrating 50 years of providing trusted, compassionate home health care across the state. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager to join our leadership team.

As a Clinical Manager (RN), you will play a key leadership role in our home health operations. You will coordinate patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, support clinical excellence, and oversee a multidisciplinary team of nurses and therapists, ensuring that every patient receives high‑quality, compassionate care in their home.

• Lead and support a high‑performing team of RNs, LPNs, therapists, and home‑health clinicians.
• Oversee patient care planning, case management, and clinical outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with home‑health regulations and accreditation standards.
• Serve as liaison with hospitals, physician practices, and referral partners.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and community partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation and utilize EMR systems effectively.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Florida license.
• Prior home‑health experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of geriatric care best practices.
