We are currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team serving the Ocala and The Villages market. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping coordinate care for patients and families, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule and assign caregivers/nurses based on patient needs, staff availability and agency requirements.
  • Communicate schedule confirmations and changes promptly to staff and patients.
  • Monitor productivity, cancellations and shift coverage to ensure efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families and field staff.

What We're Looking For

  • At least one year of home health scheduling or coordination experience preferred.
  • Medical office, healthcare administration, intake, or referral coordination experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn electronic medical record systems.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clinical and administrative teams.
  • Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to working with patients and families.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
