The OpportunityA well-established and highly regarded ophthalmology ambulatory surgery center in The Villages, Florida is seeking an experienced Lead CRNA to join their outstanding team in a supervisory leadership capacity. This is a rare and exceptional opportunity offering a competitive base salary of $295,000, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, enhanced quarterly team performance bonuses, an efficiency bonus, and a 4-day work week with no call, no nights, and no weekends.

In addition to providing outstanding clinical anesthesia care you will take on leadership duties that make a meaningful impact on the team and the practice. With 6 weeks of PTO plus additional paid surgeon dark days and 100% eye cases in a clean and efficient outpatient environment - this position is designed for an experienced CRNA ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll DoAs Lead CRNA you will provide outstanding anesthesia care for ophthalmology procedures while also taking on supervisory and leadership responsibilities within the clinical team. You will serve as a resource and mentor for fellow CRNAs, contribute to team performance and quality initiatives, and help drive operational excellence across the practice. Your clinical expertise combined with your leadership skills will make a meaningful and lasting impact on both the team and the patients you serve.

Qualifications Current CRNA certification - required

Active Florida CRNA license or ability to obtain prior to start - required

Experienced CRNAs only Leadership or supervisory experience - preferred

Ophthalmology or outpatient ASC experience - preferred

Strong clinical judgment and commitment to exceptional patient outcomes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to mentor and lead a clinical team
