• Greet customers and run the register.
• Cashier operations and make purchase suggestions.
• Assist with the food program when needed.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Interact with many customers daily while working with an energetic team to accomplish daily goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail and customer service experience; sales associate or cashiering experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly conversation style.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere.
• Team oriented and problem solving mindset.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead, up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye‑hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing.
