The Paper Store is seeking a Key Holder to lead by example in our fast-paced retail environment in The Villages, FL. You will deliver world-class service, coach team members, supervise the sales floor, and assist with opening and closing procedures.
You will champion the GUEST service approach, greet customers, uncover needs, explain product benefits, and help drive sales while maintaining merchandising standards and store policies. Prior leadership in specialty retail is preferred.
