Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entrances, parking locations, and the facility perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical emergencies, visitor concerns, and/or facility-related events.;
Monitor and deter security-related incidents through visible presence and communication with patients, visitors, and staff.;
Assist in providing directions and assistance to patients and visitors as needed.
