Responsibilities
- Lead balance sheet cleanups and account reconciliations
- Support month-end close stabilization and backlog resolution
- Review journal entries, accruals, and supporting documentation
- Improve accounting processes, controls, and close documentation
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and implement best practices
- Provide clear insights and recommendations for sustainable improvements
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience; manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong GL, reconciliation, and close expertise
- Hands-on, execution-oriented, and comfortable in a project-driven environment
- Experience improving processes and internal controls
