Title Clerk
DeMontrond®Auto Group has an opening for an experienced Title Clerk in our Accounting department. This individual will be responsible for out-of-state titles, as well as Texas titles. Excellent team atmosphere with on the job training.
Job Responsibilities- Verify legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles (all-states).
- Post accounting entries related to all DMV transactions.
- Complete DMV registration paperwork through Title Tec, Web Dealer and Titles Desk.
- Enter all information needed for title administration in computer system.
- Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed.
- Promptly and professionally answer all incoming and internal calls.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission and Value in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
- 1-3 years experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Title work experience (Texas and out-of-state)
- Reynolds and Reynolds and/or CDK/ADP experience.
