Immediate need for a talented Cost Controller - Geothermal Drilling Project
. This is a 06 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in The Woodlands, TX (Onsite).

Pay Range: $80/hr - $85/hour.

• Monitor and control project expenditures against approved budgets.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, cash flow projections, and earned value metrics.
• Track drilling, equipment, contractor, and material costs.
• Analyze budget and schedule variance sand provide recommendations for cost optimization.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress measurement activities.
• Develop and maintain
  
  Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and project performance analysis.
• Coordinate with project managers to integrate cost and schedule information for management reporting.
• Support change management and evaluate cost impacts of scope changes.
• Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to ensureaccuratecost allocation and reporting.
• Maintain cost control systems and project financial records.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of cost control and projectcontrolsexperience in drilling, oil & gas, geothermal, mining, or major infrastructure projects.
• Experience supporting project management functions, scheduling, and progress reporting.
• Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting, project scheduling tools, cost management systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of drilling operations and project controls is required.
