Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Planner/Scheduler Lead/Supervisor to join an energy and utilities company in The Woodlands, TX. This is a 12-month contract to start with the potential for extensions.

Pay: $30.82 - $35.82/hr
; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance and construction resources, ensuring efficient allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials while meeting service-level expectations.
• Create, update, and manage work orders and service schedules across multiple systems, tracking progress and adjusting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with field teams, supervisors, and cross-functional partners to resolve scheduling conflicts, support operational needs, and maintain workflow continuity.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to service activities, analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred;
  High School Diploma is required.
• 4-6 years in related field (maintenance or construction) or function with specific experience in Planning and Scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables.
• Ability to work with multiple levels of the organization structure.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience managing mentoring junior staff.
  
  Experience/training in planning and scheduling activities.
• Strong knowledge of and expertise with computer technology.
• Strong decision-making skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
