Job Description: RSMD Sales, Installation & Financial Coordinator
Location: The Woodlands, Texas (Rigaku Office)
Department: RSMD - US Operations
Reports To: GM of RSMD - US Operations
Position OverviewThe RSMD Sales & Installation Financial Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Rigaku's U.S. Sales and Operations teams. This position collaborates closely with the U.S. sales organization and Japan Sales to manage the configuration, pricing, and quotation process for system sales. The role also oversees order management activities, coordinates manufacturing and delivery timelines with the factory, and ensures customer readiness for successful delivery and installation.
In addition to supporting operational workflow, this position is directly responsible for financial oversight within the RSMD USA division-monitoring departmental P&A, SG&A, budgets, and forecasts, and synchronizing financial data with Japan for global RSMD reporting.
Key Responsibilities Sales Configuration, Pricing & QuotingCollaborate with the U.S. sales team and Japan Sales to prepare accurate system configurations, pricing, and customer quotations.
Support the end-to-end CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) process to ensure timely and accurate proposals.
Process incoming sales orders and coordinate with the factory to establish manufacturing and delivery schedules.
Work directly with customers to confirm delivery requirements, installation readiness, and logistical details.
Ensure all deliveries and installations are completed on schedule.
Review and monitor RSMD USA departmental P&A and SG&A to ensure alignment with annual budget targets.
Lead quarterly forecasts and mid-year reforecasts, providing accurate financial insights to leadership.
Coordinate with SMD Financial Management in Japan to synchronize U.S. financial data for RSMD global financial reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field preferred.
Experience in sales operations, order management, or financial coordination.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and budgets.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Familiarity with ERP and CPQ systems is a plus.
