WhatYou’ll Be Doing:
As part of a collaborative Business Development team, you will …
- Work closely with company leaders to promote and sell our professional services designed to help organizations improve their business's financial and technology operations.
- Develop meaningful relationships with referral partners and decision-makers in your market
- Facilitate and attend local networking events with your referral partners for prospects in your area
- Participate in local networking organizations to help spread brand awareness
- Have a voice in what the day-to-day objectives will be and what success looks like in this position.
- Partner with practice Directors to identify, develop, qualify, and nurture new leads
- Prospect new companies and make introductions to the Bridgepoint team.
- Continually expand your expertise and knowledge in the finance and accounting areas to ensure the highest level of personal and company success
- 5+ years of building and maintaining relationships in professional accounting, finance, or technology fields, with a focus in Northern Houston
- Working knowledge of finance and accounting industry-related topics, such as risk and compliance, software selection/implementation, GAAP, etc.
- Extrovert trapped in an introvert role – an expert networker and connector
- Strong self-motivation with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to leverage your network of current clients and our database of target accounts to build, strengthen and nurture relationships – a focus in the private equity sector is a plus
- Committed to building strong relationships
- Demonstrated skills in interacting with C-level executives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
