OverviewAs a Client Success Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and daily management of our clients’ partnership with Wright’s Media in the publishing and media industry. You will drive retention and revenue growth by building executive-level relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring seamless alignment between client goals and internal resources. By implementing our proven Client Success framework, you will position Wright’s Media as an indispensable, long-term partner.
Responsibilities- Lead seamless onboarding experiences that set new clients up for long-term success
- Own the day-to-day relationship for a portfolio of publishing and media clients
- Drive retention and account growth through proactive, strategic partnerships
- Deliver compelling executive-level QBRs and performance presentations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client goals are not just met — but exceeded
- Build and execute revenue-driving account strategies
- Identify new content licensing opportunities and expansion pathways
- Develop strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across client organizations
- Continuously look for smarter, more efficient ways to improve processes and elevate the client experience
- Represent Wright’s Media at industry events and trade shows
- Travel 5–10% (domestic & international)
- 5–7+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships (media, publishing, SaaS, or licensing preferred)
- Demonstrated success driving retention, renewals, and account growth
- Experience managing executive-level relationships and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with the ability toidentifyand develop revenue opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance insights into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel required)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and project management tools (e.g., ) a plus
- Willingness to travel 5–10% (domestic and international)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
