Job Description & How to Apply Below

The Senior Director, Product Management & Commercial Enablement leads product strategy and execution for Woodforest Acceptance Solutions. This position is accountable for the full product portfolio, including roadmap, requirements, prioritization, and lifecycle management across the Small and Medium Business, Middle Market, Manufacturers and Distributors, ISV and Integrated Partnerships, Sales Partner, and community bank segments, as well as for the WAS ISV program and its supporting playbook, qualification framework, and governance standards.

The position is further responsible for commercial readiness, including product positioning and packaging, pricing frameworks, launch governance, and the enablement curriculum and materials that support field sales performance. Products are released to market only upon completion of pricing, training, documentation, and defined sales processes.

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Senior Director leads the ISV and product teams and works in close partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer to align segment priorities with field requirements. This position requires a self-directed leader capable of establishing the structure, processes, and operating discipline necessary to support continued growth. Performance is evaluated on partner activation and time to revenue, merchant attachment, product adoption, portfolio performance, seller readiness, and revenue contribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap across the full WAS portfolio and publish it on a defined operating cadence.
  • Write and maintain product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and partner with Technology through design, build, testing, and release.
  • Own intake and prioritization: evaluate requests from Sales, Partners, Operations, and Risk against capacity, build defensible business cases, and sequence the backlog.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, iteration, and end-of-life, including migration planning for deprecated capabilities.
  • Manage platform and vendor dependencies across gateway, orchestration, terminal, and processing partners, including capability roadmaps and release coordination.
  • Incorporate regulatory and risk requirements into product definition from the outset in partnership with Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
ISV Program Ownership
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the WAS ISV Playbook.
  • Establish scalable onboarding, implementation, and governance processes that support growth of the integrated channel, working with integration teams to reduce implementation friction.
  • Create partner qualification frameworks and prioritization methodologies.
  • Oversee partner lifecycle management from qualification through launch and growth; prospect identification and sourcing sit with the commercial organization.
  • Ensure consistency in partner management, documentation, and operating standards across the organization.
Commercialization & Launch Readiness
  • Own the commercial launch gate, establishing go/no-go criteria and ensuring pricing, compliance, training, documentation, and sales readiness are complete before release.
  • Develop segment-specific launch strategies that define positioning, target profiles, sales motions, discovery approaches, objection handling, and competitive differentiation.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive successful product launches, partner adoption, merchant acquisition, and solution attachment.
  • Bring the voice of the market into product planning by translating field, partner, and customer insights into roadmap and prioritization decisions.
Commercial Enablement
  • Build and manage the commercial enablement framework for the revenue organization, including onboarding, product certification, ongoing training, and refresh cycles.
  • Develop and maintain the core sales toolkit, including battle cards, discovery guides, ROI tools, competitive intelligence, integration overviews, and objection-handling resources.
  • Lead ISV enablement programs, providing partners with co-branded collateral, merchant-facing materials, sales resources, and train-the-trainer programs.
  • Develop channel-specific enablement for the bank referral channel, tailoring messaging and resources to bankers and relationship managers rather than payments specialists.
  • Maintain a centralized product and solutions reference that serves as the authoritative source for offerings, target customers, capabilities, pricing, and positioning.
Pricing & Commercial Strategy
  • Partner with Finance and…
