You’ll serve as a central point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring all moving parts come together to deliver on time, on budget, and above expectations.

You'll thrive here if you love problem-solving, take ownership of your work, and are passionate about leading teams to excellence under pressure.

  • Manage a minimum of 3 construction projects simultaneously, each in different phases (preconstruction, active construction, or closeout)
  • Take full ownership of schedule, budget, and scope to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee planning, procurement, subcontractor engagement, and execution of work plans.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the primary liaison with clients—ensuring consistent, transparent communication from start to finish.
  • Proactively address issues, manage expectations, and ensure a collaborative experience throughout.
  • Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.

  • Review and analyze shop drawings and architectural plans for accuracy and constructability.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive risk registry, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.

Execution, Financials, & Operations

  • Ensure subcontractor scopes of work are clear, complete, and aligned with contract terms.
  • Work in close coordination with the Accounting team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of cost review reports, budget updates, and all related financial documentation.
  • Ensure all project financial submissions—including but not limited to purchase orders and expense receipts—are completed correctly and submitted promptly to maintain accurate records and meet reporting deadlines.
  • Track performance and milestones across all phases of the project and provide a 3‑week look‑ahead.
  • Conduct regular reviews of project health (quality, budget, and schedule).
  • Support field teams by resolving challenges in real time, escalating when necessary.
  • Prepare reports, updates, and documentation for internal leadership and client presentations.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Experience maintaining a risk registry and addressing challenges before they impact project outcomes.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent communication skills, capable of navigating conflict and managing client expectations.
  • Effective delegator who fosters accountability while overseeing high‑level project progress.
  • Committed to continuous improvement for clients, partners, and team growth.
