In this role, you'll:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
Provide information on accounts, products, and services
Generate quotes based on customer needs
Receive, verify, and process customer orders and order changes
What we're looking for:
Direct Customer Service/Customer Support experience within the Chemical or Oil & Gas industry (required)
Experience with
SAP or Oracle is highly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
