We're hiring an experienced academic tutor to provide personalized, in-home instruction to students across the assigned service area in The Woodlands. You'll support learners at the elementary, middle school, high school, and advanced levels in subjects such as math, science, English language arts, social studies, and foreign languages. This is a flexible part-time role for someone who communicates clearly, adapts quickly, and enjoys helping students build confidence, stronger study habits, and subject mastery.

• Provide individualized tutoring sessions tailored to each student's academic goals, learning style, and current performance.
• Help students with homework completion, test preparation, subject mastery, and the development of study skills and organizational habits.
• Monitor student progress and adjust your teaching approach based on performance and ongoing feedback.
• Maintain detailed session notes, submit accurate post-session reports, and communicate professionally with families about student development.
• Travel to students' homes within the assigned service area for each session.

• At least 3 years of tutoring, teaching, or related educational experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more academic subjects.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A master's degree or PhD in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English fluency is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Willingness to travel to students' homes within the assigned service area is required.
• Must pass a background check and subject-matter assessments.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
