About the RoleWe need experienced Siemens Gamesa technicians to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair wind turbines at sites across the region. You'll work on cutting‑edge renewable energy equipment, solve complex technical challenges, and be part of a growing team.
What You’ll Do:- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on SG turbines
- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections
- Participate in installations and major component replacements
- Work safely at heights up to 300+ feet
- Document work and maintain company equipment
This is a traveling position with extended periods on‑site. Company vehicle provided for all work travel and approved for personal use.

Requirements Must Have:- 2+ years wind turbine technician experience
- Valid GWO certification
- Siemens Gamesa green profile or platform training
- First Aid, CPR, AED, OSHA 10 certifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Able to climb turbines and work at heights
- Willing to travel extensively
- Experience with F9, F6, F3, or F2 SGRE Platforms
- Additional manufacturer certifications
- Spanish language skills
- Leadership or training experience
