Position: Principal Consultant - Industrial Hygiene (The Woodlands, Texas)

** As a Principal Consultant – Industrial Hygiene, you will:
*** Assist in the development and implementation of a strategic business/action plan
* Through business development, sales, and client relationships, expand the Southeast and national US client base across multiple industry sectors
* Identify and develop new opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals, and take an active leadership role in developing new business with new and existing clients
* Develop and expand client relationships that generate repeat business, including consulting and compliance services
* Serve as a senior resource for occupational health, safety, and industrial hygiene program marketing, project implementation, and related activities
* Achieve client’s expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality
* Manage complex industrial hygiene programs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.
* Support our regional and national clients. Estimated 30 to 50% travel.
** We’re Looking for Someone Who:
*** Has expertise in industrial hygiene and a solid background in OHS, with 15+ years of consulting experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or an EHS-related field.
* Is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (required).
* Demonstrates strong business acumen, proficiency in project or client management, capable of nurturing long-term partnerships.
* Has at least five (5) years of successful business development and sales experience in a professional services environment
* Has a proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales and market share growth strategies
* Demonstrates the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, and drive sales
* Has established relationships in the oil and gas, chemical, and/or manufacturing industry sectors (preferred)

The salary for this position can range from $121,500 to $162,000 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.#LI-JM1
