Procurement Specialist; Photovoltaic Plant Construction Project

In general, when the project ends, we try to place the employee in other projects to give him/her continuity.

• Lead the procurement of all materials, equipment, and services required for the photovoltaic project, including solar panels, inverters, electrical components, and construction equipment.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contract conditions with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high quality standards.
• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on quality, cost, performance history, and ability to meet project requirements.
• Manage inventory and logistics to ensure materials are delivered on time and in line with the construction schedule.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with applicable regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain agreed timelines, pricing, and quality levels.
• Support the preparation, review, and administration of supplier contracts and purchase orders.
• Collaborate with the finance team to control costs, track budgets, and prevent overruns.

• Proven experience in procurement for renewable energy, construction, or heavy civil projects.
• Experience in the construction of Photovoltaic Plants of >50 MW size, working directly with the construction company.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Knowledge of contract management and supply chain processes.
• Ability to work in large-scale international projects and multidisciplinary teams.
