** Our Power Generation division provides turnkey projects to facilitate the development, engineering, construction, commissioning, and operation of renewable power plants. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team focused on solar energy construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services necessary for the successful completion of solar energy projects.

Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Other duties as assigned.
** Who You Are: A Profile of Success
** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the renewable energy or construction industry. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of solar energy technologies and construction practices is highly desirable.
