Major Responsibilities- Create new facilities within the Ignition SCADA software
- Work with field technicians to resolve and test new devices
- Work with support staff to ensure 24/7 availability of the SCADA system
- Troubleshoot communications, device configuration, tag definitions, and SQL table entries
- Bachelor's degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Understanding of database structure and uses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Aptitude for problem‑solving
- Knowledge with various types of automation controllers
- Ability to work well with project teams, operations, and customers
- Demonstrated desire to learn
- Ignition
- Industrial Protocols (Modbus, AB, Emerson, MQTT, DNP3)
- SQL
