Equipment Health Center Process Reliability Engineer

What you will enjoy doing

• You will ensure operating conditions support efficient, cost‑effective, and reliable operation.
• You will evaluate how process conditions impact equipment performance and identify when systems operate outside preferred ranges.
• You will assess risk to equipment and support decisions that balance production demands with equipment protection.
• Using process and condition monitoring data, you will detect early signs of equipment stress or degradation.
• You will analyze trends and recurring issues that impact reliability, performance, and cost of ownership.
• You will communicate risks clearly when equipment operates outside preferred conditions.
• You will provide actionable recommendations to operations and maintenance teams.
• You will prioritize issues based on risk, cost, and impact to reliability and performance.

• You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Process, or related field preferred).
• You have ten (10) years of relevant experience; extensive experience (10+ years) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• You have experience in plant operations, process engineering, or reliability engineering.
• You have a background in Hydrogen, Carbon Monoxide, or Carbon Dioxide manufacturing (preferred).
• You have process simulation modeling experience with Uni Sim, Aspen, or HYSYS.
• You have a strong understanding of how process conditions impact equipment performance.
• You can analyze data and translate findings into practical actions.
• You have experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (operations, maintenance, engineering).
• You possess strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• You can balance production demands with equipment reliability priorities.
