Senior BIM Designer (Senior CADD Technician)

Halff has an immediate opening for a Senior BIM Designer (Senior CADD Technician) in our Water/Wastewater group located in The Woodlands, TX. This position will primarily support the planning and design of water/wastewater infrastructure projects through Autodesk Revit‑based modeling and BIM workflows, including treatment plants, pump stations, and pipeline systems. • Develop and maintain 3D BIM models in Autodesk Revit for water/wastewater facilities
• Prepare construction documents and drawing packages directly from Revit models
• Support design of treatment plants, pump stations, and piping systems through model‑based workflows
• Coordinate with multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure accurate and integrated BIM deliverables
• Assist with model setup, view creation, sheet production, and annotation
• Support and maintain model coordination using Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud)
• Support QA/QC efforts to ensure models are accurate, consistent, and constructable
• Maintain organized project files and support overall project delivery processes

• At least 3 years of experience in BIM design, primarily using Autodesk Revit within the AEC industry
• Understanding of model‑based design and documentation workflows
• Familiarity with construction documents and detailing practices
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team environment
• Experience with water/wastewater infrastructure projects preferred
• Familiarity with Autodesk Forma and coordination tools preferred
• Working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection preferred
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD or Civil 3D for coordination support preferred
