- Support process optimization and manufacturing improvement initiatives
- Assist in troubleshooting production and process issues
- Analyze operating data to identify opportunities for yield, throughput, quality, and cost improvements
- Participate in process safety, reliability, and continuous improvement projects
- Assist with commissioning, startup, and implementation activities
- Develop engineering calculations, process documentation, and technical reports
- Present findings and recommendations to engineering and site leadership teams
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (sophomore, junior, senior, or master’s level student)
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
