CMMS​/BOM Specialist

• Develop and maintain asset-specific Bills of Materials (BOMs) for production and facility equipment.
• Research OEM manuals, drawings, vendor documentation, and equipment records to identify required spare parts.
• Validate BOM accuracy through field verification with maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Establish standardized BOM structures and naming conventions.
• Link spare parts to asset records within the CMMS. CMMS Data Management
• Create and maintain equipment records, asset hierarchies, and location structures.
• Manage spare parts catalogs and material master records.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with company standards.

• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs through accurate materials data.
• Assist maintenance planners with job plans and parts requirements.
• Support reliability initiatives by ensuring maintenance-related asset data is accurate and complete.
• Participate in equipment criticality assessments.
