Assistant Controller

• Managing the day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, payroll accounting, and fixed assets.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead components of the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring deadlines are met and entries are accurate.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing schedules, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as assigned by leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• CPA Required
• 6+ years of accounting experience
• Quickbooks knowledge preferred
