The Treasury Management Sales Associate I is responsible for providing support for the Treasury Management Sales team.

• Prepares documents such as pricing proformas, RFPs, RFI’s and presentations for customer review; submits customer request for implementation to the implementation team.
• Assists in pipeline updates, call reports, weekly reports, pipeline for the team and deal highlights.
• Acts as backup customer contact for the Treasury Management Sales Consultant; performs inside sales and cross‑selling activities as needed.
• Assists with branch and customer inquiries and research requests specific to treasury management.
• Notifies customers of electronic ACH blocked transactions and confirms authorization or return.

• Working knowledge of treasury products and services, public funds, pricing, financial statement analysis and proposal development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Office, Word, and SharePoint) and the ability to navigate banking software applications (Bancline, Ulti Pro, Mozart) and related websites (Invesco AIM Liquidity Link).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation with effective problem‑solving abilities, research skills, and sales aptitude.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

• 2+ years in the banking or financial services industry in a sales support or customer service role required, OR a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance in lieu of 2 years’ work experience;
• OR a currently active member of Woodforest branch management with at least 1 year in role (Assistant Branch Manager or above).

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business‑related field preferred.
