Private Equity Fund Accountant

This is a contract hybrid-temp position for a Private Equity Fund Accountant at PIE Operating, LLC, located in The Woodlands, TX. The individual will manage fund accounting, prepare financial statements, review net asset valuation (NAV), and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations within a private equity fund framework.

• Strong knowledge of Fund Accounting, Finance, and NAV calculations
• Experience in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Prior experience in private equity or oil and gas industry is a plus
