We’re partnering with a Private Equity company that is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting and reporting for multiple private portfolio companies within an investment platform. This is a high-visibility role with real ownership.

• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes across portfolio companies
• Review consolidations and elimination entries
• Handle complex GAAP areas including OCI, hedging, and interest rate swaps
• Partner directly with investors, asset management, lenders, and operators
• Lead audit coordination (from the client side — finally)
• Drive budgeting and financial analysis with plant leadership
• Strengthen internal controls and improve processes
• Support newly acquired business integrations

• 6–7+ years of public accounting experience
• Big 4 audit background strongly preferred
• CPA preferred
• Technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently
• Someone who wants more than just another busy season

• Broader responsibility

• Involvement in treasury, debt compliance, budgeting, and operational finance
