Corporate Investment Analyst

A growing commercial real estate development firm is seeking a Corporate Investment Analyst to join its corporate finance team. Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will support company-wide financial planning and analysis while collaborating with the Directors of Finance across multiple business platforms.

This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and contribute to the financial strategy of a diversified commercial real estate organization.

• Partner with the CFO on corporate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic initiatives.
• Consolidate and analyze financial results across multiple business units and development platforms.
• Collaborate with the Directors of Finance to prepare company-level financial reports, forecasts, and executive presentations.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support corporate planning, capital allocation, and business performance analysis.
• Assist with board reporting, lender presentations, and ad hoc financial analyses.
• Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment analysis, commercial real estate finance, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.
• Experience analyzing consolidated financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with executive leadership.
