Take-home pay:

Masters: $72-140+ (depends on payor mix, session types, and volume)

Doctoral: $88-–$160+ per clinical hour (depends on payor mix, session types, and volume)

Space provided: We provide in‑person office space consistent with your caseload and schedule needs

What You’ll Do

  • Individual therapy
  • Parent‑child therapy
  • Family therapy
  • Use evidence‑based, developmentally appropriate approaches (skills‑based, relational, trauma‑informed)
  • Partner with caregivers to support carryover at home (caregiver sessions, coaching, systems work as appropriate)
  • Maintain timely documentation and participate in ongoing clinical growth
  • Potential to lead or co‑lead groups as demand and fit align

What We’re Looking For

  • Independently licensed in Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD, PsyD — adjust as needed)
  • Strong clinical experience with children and families
  • Commitment to a caseload where 50%+ of clients are kids
  • Prime‑time availability
    : evenings (4–8/9) and/or weekends
  • Values alignment: collaborative, trauma‑informed, inclusive, evidence‑based

Preferred (optional)

  • Training in one or more: PCIT, PMT, SPACE, CBT for kids, DBT‑informed skills, play therapy, TBRI, attachment‑based work, neurodiversity‑affirming care
  • Experience with anxiety, emotional dysregulation, ADHD/behavior concerns, school stress, trauma, family transitions
