Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is looking for Physical Therapists to join our top-notch team of professionals! The company has grown to expand in three different locations:
Spring, TX;

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience), with a sign‑on bonus

This position will be in the MONTGOMERY location.

Hours/Benefits

Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, MUST BE FLEXIBLE, shifts can vary from 8-5, 9-6, 10-7. Shifts could be 4 week days and Saturday, with 1 day off during the week. 40 hours per week.

Essential Duties
  • Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent physical dysfunction in patients
  • Focus on the evaluation of strength, balance, range of motion, coordination, endurance, and posture of each patient
  • Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit
  • Provides and/or recommends equipment or supplies for home use and gives instruction of an "in‑home" treatment program to facilitate rehabilitation to promote independence of care
  • Confers and communicates with referring physicians and other appropriate personnel through the use of progress notes, letters, evaluations, meetings, and direct contact concerning the proposed course, progress, and discharge plan of each patient
Requirements Qualifications
  • Bachelor, Master and/or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited university/program
  • Physical Therapy Licensure of PT in the State of Texas
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation, is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain that demeanor when dealing with difficult, impatient, or upset people
  • Passionate about helping people feel better, get stronger and stay out of pain
